Bayblend T65 XF is a non-reinforced, polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. This cold stable grade exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and good heat resistance. It possesses good paintability and improved flowability compared to Bayblend® T65. It provides impact resistance, low emissions, high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness-even at cold temperatures. It is processed by injection molding. T65 XF is recommended for furniture, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical application (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products).
